This complete practice starts by warming the body, then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up, while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with a deep relaxation.

Just what I needed today after a shift with a very early start, slightly challenging, but still very comfortable and relaxed.

thanks a lot!!
but i got a question: is there a short version?
like 10 min set of exercises you can make in the morning, before you go to work

That's a great question.
We're planning on creating shorter, vigorous flows for those who only have 10 or 15 minutes to spare. I'll post the first on our facebook page when it's ready.
Cheers,
David

This is a beautiful Vinyasa flow class~ thank you! Pacing was perfect, and the right amount of gentle stretches with some more challenging strengthening postures as well. Would love to see more like this.
