This complete practice starts by warming the body, and then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with deep relaxation.

This is a favorite! Hard to get into some poses and then hold them but totally worth it. Wheel and spinal twists at the end always make me feel stretched and strong. Love the pace and the music. I find the music keeps my mind focused. As always, Fiji's soothing voice is a wonderful guide.
This is my go-to video when I want to follow someone. I love the structure, pace, and overall peace this session provides. I will buy it today just out of guilt, as I have used it so many times.
