Foundations in Flow
This complete practice starts by warming the body, and then progresses into a powerful flow, moving with the fluidity of your breath. The flow builds sequences from the earth up while building core strength. The class ends by cooling the body with deep relaxation.

This is an excellent practice for building core strength. It's demanding, and efficient, whilst moving at a pace where individual adjustments can be made. I have always found Virabhadrasana III challenging, and therefore, need plenty of opportunities to move with my breath through transitions into it. I did find that transitioning from Virabhadrasana I to Virabhadrasana II means changing the foot position from parallel to between 45-60 deg to prevent knee and hips strain. I believe that a many people will put too much strain on their knees/hips if they attempt to force the hips forward to square them if they don't have any anatomy or physiology background (not a criticism, an anatomical observation). Thank you very much for this practice. Namaste from Ireland.
Such an amazing free resource that I've just found, thank you so much for sharing this. Some days I need a boost with my self practice and this was perfect. The instructions were really clear so I didn't have to look at the screen often. Really accessible and enjoyable for a first thing in the morning practice. Namaste.
WOW! My body feels great after this class. The poses and the flow gave time to breathe into them, which built up some heat and some good challenge for me! The music was really nice and helped me within the pose. Fiji gives good instruction through out the class. Thank you Fiji for this class and all your other classes too!! Namaste :-)
Your calm flow in all your videos makes yoga accessible to me. Thanks
