Usually I'm uncomfortable beyond Intermediate II level, so I was surprised that this was a fulfilling enjoyable class for me. I loved the interesting flowy flows and left out the the few difficult poses ( like handstand). Thank you for these beautiful movements.

I often don't choose the advanced classes, but Christa your way of teaching and presenting even the most challenging asanas is so playful and light that I didn't feel "out of my depth" even hopping into handstand :) thank you! Also loved the reminder "going all the way back does not make you a better person", so simple but so valuable as often we can take ourselves so seriously during asana practice! Thank you so much, feeling light and empowered!

I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of an Advanced class, and yet wanted to keep on with the challenge. It truly was the most peaceful and yet challenging class, I have done in a long time. Thank you for the words, the playfulness, the modifications, and grace for were we each are on the mat. Much gratitude to you and all at DYWM.

I am new to DYWM after years on-line with a LA power yoga studio. This sort of class is just the change I realise I was looking for. It is the end of the week here, and the temptation to not get on the mat was strong. I have been going through some of the challenges, and after 2 short classes, this hour long one is next. I pushed through the temptation to find a different class, and am very glad that I did. I am very pleasantly weary and nicely chilled. Very good thanks.

Before beginning, I wondered whether I'd manage an hour-long advanced class - but as ever, Crista carries the class along with her joy, ease and modifications. The ending was exquisite with the bird singing and calm water lapping in the background - so appreciate how you film outdoors. Namaste and gratitude x

This was a lovely class. When I started this challenge I was very unsure. I am used to ther instructors and found Crista's pace too fast and, if I'm honest, I found Crista too vocal and too "chirpy"! But I decided the point of a challenge was to be challenged so I kept going. Now, only three classes in, I love Crista's pace and I love Crista's enthusiam and positivity! So glad I kept going. Thank you Crista for challenging my thinking!

Loved this practice. It is intermediate to advance however there are modifications for various levels along the way. The lotus flower theme is wonderful and so appropriate for this time of the year and as we go into 2020.
