Dear Crista, Thank you for this beautiful, challenging and inspired class. After a long day, I enjoyed this one very much. I feel peacefull, strong, stretched and happy :)

Excellent! One of the best mixes of advanced poses, creativity, balance and fun I've ever taken in a class. <3 <3 <3

Wow! Thank you Christa! That was just wonderful. I really appreciated the lotus theme and your explanation at the end brought it all together. I value how you bring insight, wisdom, movement, breathe and humour to all of your classes. Thank you!

Powerful but creative practice.
Lots of ways to be creative.
Intermediates can do this practice.
Wonderful theme of the lotus flower and compassion during this practice.

I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of an Advanced class, and yet wanted to keep on with the challenge. It truly was the most peaceful and yet challenging class, I have done in a long time. Thank you for the words, the playfulness, the modifications, and grace for were we each are on the mat. Much gratitude to you and all at DYWM.
