In this water-themed class, Crista helps you find compassion for yourself and others by drawing on the inspiration of lotus mudra. Incorporating challenging poses like handstand and cross-ankle crow, this class is perfect for those working at an advanced level. It be done as a stand-alone class or as part of Crista's 14-day challenge: The Elements.

Powerful but creative practice.
Lots of ways to be creative.
Intermediates can do this practice.
Wonderful theme of the lotus flower and compassion during this practice.
I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of an Advanced class, and yet wanted to keep on with the challenge. It truly was the most peaceful and yet challenging class, I have done in a long time. Thank you for the words, the playfulness, the modifications, and grace for were we each are on the mat. Much gratitude to you and all at DYWM.
Absolutely amazing class
Felt like a goddess in heart -opener chair combination with one foot on block! I’m not there with crow and hand stands yet but was able to fully enjoy the openings this class brought thanks, Crista!
