complicated but good - the initial instruction I thought was overly complicated, will have to do this one again to reevaluate. thank you!

Redid the class and it was good, I will keep coming back to it b/c it relaxes my hips so much, I can move without stiffness and pain.

This class has increased my energy, loosened joints and I'm feeling focused. I'm a bit clunky with it and that's ok! Thank you Gabriel for your instructions that allowed me to get a nice flow on towards the end.
