  • Some intense stretching in such a short class! A graceful flow. In addition to hanuman, there are several rounds of side plank with increasing difficulty.

  • A beautiful meditative practice. A slower flow. Note that it ends with shoulder stand and plough.

  • A very feel-good class. Challenging in a good way, lots of fun balances and a great stretch

  • A fun and reflective class. A couple of the poses are out of reach, but it's still a full practice .

  • This is a tough class, but left me feeling so strong and capable (and a little sweaty!). Crow, wheel, shoulder stand...nothing out of reach

  • A very full flow. A bit sweaty but a lot of fun! Headstand and horse are the hardest poses, but there are accessible options

  • A meditative and nourishing practice
