Usually I'm uncomfortable beyond Intermediate II level, so I was surprised that this was a fulfilling enjoyable class for me. I loved the interesting flowy flows and left out the the few difficult poses ( like handstand). Thank you for these beautiful movements.
I often don't choose the advanced classes, but Christa your way of teaching and presenting even the most challenging asanas is so playful and light that I didn't feel "out of my depth" even hopping into handstand :) thank you! Also loved the reminder "going all the way back does not make you a better person", so simple but so valuable as often we can take ourselves so seriously during asana practice! Thank you so much, feeling light and empowered!
