Ok, so I see that there's a day 3 and a day 7. Am I missing the rest of them somewhere?

Loved this practice. It is intermediate to advance however there are modifications for various levels along the way. The lotus flower theme is wonderful and so appropriate for this time of the year and as we go into 2020.
