Great flow. Wonderful instructions. Emphasis on core as promised but not some much that it drains your energy. I'll definitely look for more of Melissa's classes.

I'm getting back into practicing yoga regularly and this was a great start (literally, the first video I've watched on this site). Melissa's flow is great and I liked that there wasn't any music. Will be using this again, definitely. :)

I have not been doing yoga for very long, and this video was awesome all around! It was easy to follow, not too slow-paced, and had a great flow. Melissa is a wonderful teacher!

In addition to the great yoga set, I loved her voice and calm energy. Also it was great that there was no music, only her voice. One of the best yoga videos I have ever done.

I have been doing Yoga on again off again for years. I now live somewhere that makes it difficult to get to an in person class. I have never been a fan of video workouts. There is either to much instruction and talking or not enough. However this class was perfect a great way to get back into the yoga zone. Thanks
