This was my first ever yoga

This was my first ever yoga session. I typically have lower back pain due to poor posture, which is usually very prevalent by the end of the work day (eight hours sitting at a desk).

I did have a little trouble keeping up, which is to be expected since I am a beginner, but my lower back pain is gone after participating in this session!

This is the first DYWM video I've done, and it's fabulous. I tried 30 Days of Yoga with A Popular Yoga Personality, but I just feel Melissa's videos are a better "fit" for me. Core strength is definitely something I need to work on. Thank you for so many great videos!
