Ron pushes the limits of a beginner hatha yoga class with this fun, challenging flow. His dancing background forms a strong element of this class, so get ready to move and explore your body in unique ways. Foot balances, backbends, twists, forward folds and lots of great openers for the legs, hips and shoulders make this a very satisfying hatha yoga flow class. Enjoy.

Equipment: Strap, Bolster
Style: Hatha Yoga

So glad I chose to try this class this morning. Ron's style of dance into each pose is so much fun. I'll be smiling all day :)

What a deliciously delightful flowing (yay, not static!) dancing movement.
Such a sweet surprise to re-discover this one - and Ron's unique style - always naturally alive.
Thank you Ron!

I consider myself a "motivated beginner" and this class is wonderfully relaxing and opening. Upon completion, I feel refreshed and energized. Thanks, Ron!

That class was simply wonderful! I also really loved the location of the video. Excellent. Thank you kindly.

This was a beautiful flow class. Easy for an intermediate yogi. I am glad I picked this class on a day where my mind was resisting any kind of exercise and the body was just tight and heavy. This class brought fluidity back to my body and my mind feels relaxed and calm. I also fell in love with Ron's voice. The background music is calming as well. Ron, THANK YOU for this gift.

This is definitely a class I will return to and borrow from in my own practice (as a vocal coach). I love how unpretentious it is, while taking you right back to what really matters. Thanks, Ron !

Excellent fluid movements in this class and my lower back pain disappeared! But the volume on this video is very low (unlike the other DoYogaWithMe videos), so I found myself looking at the screen more often than normal to get visual rather than aural cues.

Ron, you're a real original! I loved this class as your energy and style is completely different. You're like a groovy ballet dancer doing yoga! You're a breath of fresh air.
Thank you for being you.
