I got a little behind in the 30 day challenge, so I just did this class. Thanks Ron! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to keep up, but surprisingly, after almost a month of doing this daily, I felt "easy" with the practice. Feeling really inspired to finish out the 30 days and then start over in the Intermediate Level (gasp!) We'll see how that goes! Thanks again for putting together this 30 days, and introducing me to my body!

This class is like the Coles notes of yoga. You covered a lot in a short time I really liked it and am loving the 30 day yoga challenge !
