Thank you Kathi. I enjoyed the class but have not done any Pilates classes before so it was a little difficult to follow verbal cues without watching the screen.

I've done very little pilates. I suggest a note with beginner lesson link for those of us with little or no experience. I did enjoy the challenge.
I’ve done some Pilates before but Kathi’s class had really interesting and seemingly simple, while challenging, exercises. Really enjoyed and I’m looking forward to exploring more of Kathi’s classes! Thank you for the introduction!!
