Not a good rythm for me I kept loosing track of what we were doing...
I agree with the other comments that it was difficult to follow without watching the screen at times. My neck feels a bit strained as a result. I'd recommend watching the video before doing the practice.
I did this class as part of the 2022 yoga challenge, so unfortunately I have no pilates experience. Therefore I didn't understand much of it, such as the repeated use of the term 'imprint' without any explanation.
Thanks for the suggestion of putting a small roll under the sacrum to do the roll-ups. It made a HUGE difference. It's the first time I have been able to do one!
