If you have taken some time away from yoga, whether it's due to an injury or other life event, this is a great class to get you going once again. Fiji slows down the typical pace of her class to spend time re-establishing yoga principles while moving you through a fun, dynamic vinyasa class.

Like other posters, I'm moving from the Beginner challenges into the Intermediate ones. This was a lovely class. I'm finding that I have the strength to hold the poses, but the sun salutation/vinyasas are a challenge for me. I need to work on those transitions. I really liked Fiji's option for plank/chataranga/up-dog; very helpful!
I really like this one. The reminders and guidance on form are really helpful. I found use of the block as guide through an entire sequence very useful (and challenging).
After the 30-day challenge, beginner level, I was hesitant and a little anxious to transition to the intermediate level. This Day 1 of the intermediate level challenge is a wonderful practice, easing my way into the next level. For future edits, it might be helpful to show a crosswise or sideways camera angle for the core exercise beginning at 32:30 , in order to show the recommended angle of lean from a sideways perspective.
Many thanks Fiji for this awesome class! It made me feel so well in these uncertain times. The Do yoga with me team is doing such a wonderful and healing work, bringing peace and health to so many people around the world! This is much appreciated.
