I have been dealing with chronic pain for almost five years. As a young adult this has been very frustrating for me and a tough aspect of my life that affects nearly every other part of my life. This was a good introduction and with the modifications I was able to appreciate everything that my body IS able to do. The ending was very peaceful and to be grateful for what my body CAN do and to allow myself time to heal and get stronger is what I needed to hear. I look forward to continuing the thirty day journey and cannot wait to see what my body can eventually do. One day at a time, one breath at a time. Thank you.

I had a challenging year with the long illness and eventual death of my father. Work was also challenging during this time. This class was the PERFECT reentry for me. Thank you so much for all of the support and amazing classes offered. You have no idea how many lives you touch. <3

I stopped my practice a year ago. I was finding the courage to get back to the mat and this nailed it. I spent 5 days doing the class and now I feel ready to progress. Tks Fiji!

That was amazing! I just finished the 30-day challenge (beginner's version), and wanted to go again, this time doing the intermediate version. A few minutes in, I thought it was going to be too hard, but I kept going, using Fiji's modifications. Feels so good!! I will do this one again and again, maybe not needing to use the modifications as I get stronger. I'm a 65-year-old woman, and I've been doing yoga for about 2 years. Thank you for this wonderful service!

I enjoyed this class. My only complaint is that there should have been just a bit more footage from the side. A couple of these movements are new for me, and I became a bit anxious not knowing if my body was doing the right thing while only able to see Fiji from the front.

I am an old sånger that stoped dancing and starter running. For about a month or so bow I havet gotten back to this class every week to re-open, fond that space and flexibility. It is an amazing compliment to my workout.
