I do this class after every break. Each time it reminds me how much I enjoy yoga and encourages me to avoid breaks. :) Thank you for more great instruction.

Needed this today and will be returning to this class. I tore my ACL in May, had surgery in July and am finally starting to come back into myself. A lot of this is still challenging but I am grateful it's here and am ready to meet the challenge is presents. Thanks as always to Fiji for being a kind and caring teacher as she leads us through this beautiful journey.

Thank you! this was great for my next step up in yoga, it was just the right amount of intensity for me and my strength, I will do this class over and over until I can move to the next one :)

Thank you so much for this! I'm fairly new to yoga, but chose to start with this intermediate class because so often beginner-level classes just don't interest or challenge me enough. Well, your very clear and inspiring commentary made me realise that I am not at all intermediate yet, but you also sowed the seeds of me realising that this is nothing to worry about and I will get there eventually! Now I'm going to start the beginner's 30-day course instead :) but look forward to more of your teaching when I'm ready for it. Big big Namaste.

Knowing your body and making good decisions about your practice that involve patience and seeing the bigger picture are signs of an advance yogi. Your physical practice will get there with time but your mind is already a seasoned practitioner!

Thank you for sharing this practice with us! I got out of the habit of practicing yoga - it is easy to fall into the hustle and bustle of daily life. I have recently began a new chapter in my life and have made it a priority of mine to bring yoga back into the forefront. I love the gentle (yet difficult) core work. It is a reminder of the strength I have lost over time.
