I have taken some time away from the mat with the excuse of the holidays. Now I feel it is time to re-engage with my practice! This is a perfect beginning for the new year! Thank you, Fiji!!!
Thank you for this. I am coming back to the mat after injury and truly appreciate the slower speed and reminders on alignment. Everything feels a little off right now - like I have a different body than last time I practiced! But I am sure with practice I'll feel more at home with my body and practice.
