Thanks, Fiji. I came "back to the mat" today after a five-week absence from a steady yoga practice, including the past few days of flu-like symptoms. I happened across your "back to the mat" practice and it was perfect! I'm 72 and have been doing yoga for 20+ years. I believe it has helped me stay 'young". After doing your practice today, I understand that I need to recommit to my practice as just five weeks away resulted in an astonishing loss of strength.
