If you have taken some time away from yoga, whether it's due to an injury or other life event, this is a great class to get you going once again. Fiji slows down the typical pace of her class to spend time re-establishing yoga principles while moving you through a fun, dynamic vinyasa class.

Thank you, Fiji! You have reawakened my tired soul. It was a rough end of the year with the catastrophic flood in August that left my family and 150,000 in Louisiana homeless for months. I am finally feeling confident and excited enough to rediscover that connection with my mind and body after a lot of hurting and grieving. Thank you for all you do. What a true gift to many souls. What a great way to start this challenge! Fiji's soft, yet direct voice, made the practice so soothing and fly by! Her cues were easy to follow and I loved her use of the block:) Cant wait for tomorrows class:) Happy New Year every one!!
