Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Enjoyed this! I did modify the lunges as I have very limited mobility of my big toes due to bunions. Did squats against a wall instead.

Is there an alternative move I can do instead of the lunges? My knees can not bend much and I feel like I am not getting the best out of that exercise
