Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

i had taken a break from yoga I found myself getting bored and not wanting to take classes. This is my first class back on the mat in a couple of weeks. It is exactly what I was looking for and needed. Please give us more strength training incorporated with yoga
