Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Well that was something else... I didn't think I would like to add weights to my yoga practise, but I actually enjoyed it. I agree that strength in our bodies helps our emotional strength and I finished class feeling stronger in every way.
