Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

Adding weights to my yoga practice is something I really enjoy. I often go to the gym and do a little hybrid of both. My body often needs to gain more strength than flexibility. Thank you for offering this class.
