Yoga for Anxiety: Building Strength and Resiliency
Adding strength training to your routine can be an amazing way to build up physical and emotional strength. In this unconventional yoga class, we’ll be weaving strength work throughout our practice. Get ready to feel strong and capable! Note: You will need one pair of medium to heavy weights for this practice.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 2 of Strength & Support for Mental Wellness Program.

YES! Loved this. Now asking myself, how is it possible my muscles (quads especially) are sorer from a Melissa class than from a Fiji class? =) Obviously I need more strength training...would love to see more like this.
