Fiji, you do not let us down! Your clear, gentle, encouraging instruction allows me to be vulnerable and take the risk to push to the whole pose, even if I am wobbly. Thank you for this challenge, as it truly is helping me physically and emotionally stronger.
I am quite surprised how much this second round of the challenge helps me improve. I already like the first time but this time I can really do each class properly and I am loving the feeling of my body getting longer and stronger.
