this class is my favourite so far.. I practiced day 9 earlier, and wanted more so dived straight into day 10 and I'm so glad I did. it is a class that works every part of the body with the balance poses really helping me appreciate not only how much strength I'm building but more importantly developing that focus in the mind. There is no better way to start the day than with these classes... thank you Fiji.
