Great practice Fiji! Over time, I have developed the courage and the will to face Virabhadrasana III and I am happy that is revealed itself to me today! Thank you for the encouragement you always give during practices!

Oooooh!, great routine. But I need to practice on my balance a bit more to master some of the poses in this routine. Thank you Fiji.

When I first read the description I felt intimidated, and due to illness (stomach flu) put it off a day, breaking my streak during this challenge, alas. I did do some poses and meditation that day so I felt I kept up my daily yoga, just missed out on this practice on my official Day 10. I am glad I did take a break, as I was able to do all but one of these poses and flexibility moves. So rewarding! Thank you Fiji, you are a gem!

Loved this practice, Fiji! Every day, I can feel my strength growing which helps me feel centered and powerful in the poses. What a relief opening and expanding bring. Thank you! See you tomorrow for Day Eleven!

yesterday really felt out of sorts with the practice, but came back to it today and it felt like a lot of new boundaries opened right up! great class, as always :-)

Great class, love it! The combinations and pacing are right on the money. I continue to surprise myself with my progress. I never thought I would be able to do even half of the full expression of some of these poses, but hey, I can!

I enjoy every class here. At the beginning it was stressful to be in the pose but been a member since 2 years now and I can tell that doing yoga especially Fiji 's class at least weekly twice in between my other workouts, I have developed that strength to be in the pose and enjoy that pose as Fiji says :). Thank you so much to Fiji and doyogawithme.

this class is my favourite so far.. I practiced day 9 earlier, and wanted more so dived straight into day 10 and I'm so glad I did. it is a class that works every part of the body with the balance poses really helping me appreciate not only how much strength I'm building but more importantly developing that focus in the mind. There is no better way to start the day than with these classes... thank you Fiji.
