i love this class AND the music, need more like this.
I’ve been practicing yoga for five years but in this 14 day challenge Figi has unpacked each pose and enabled me to build a firm foundation for my practice. I like some classes so much that I do them several times before moving to the next one. Thank you!
This practice was challenging for me in the transition from dancer's pose to warrior 3. It was a nice practice, but didn't feel as joyful or as satisfying as some of the other practices in this challenge have been. Still had me sweating by the end, though! With more practice, perhaps it will be easier for me.
I am on day ten of the 14 day challenge which is my New Year objective. I have to remind myself it is yoga practice, not yoga perfect. But I am astounded at how much motivated I am to at least try a new pose and how helpful Fiji is in making sure I get there safely and securely. I am a work in progress and thank you Fiji for such a wonderful challenge, I find you to be such a wonderful teacher.
