Yoga for Lifelong Calmness
Are you feeling agitated or irritable and needing a break from yourself? In this gentle beginner practice, Guy helps you to use simple, slow and mindful movements to bring yourself to a place of calm and equanimity. Note: It is recommended that you use a bolster or cushion for elevating your hips while sitting.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 8 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

Exact;y what I needed this morning.
This is so nourishing, as all Guy's classes are. Excellent use of a short period of time to reset. I would love to see a longer version of this class with longer holds for some of the poses (maybe even a bit more including neck stretching) as well.
