In this gentle beginner practice, Guy helps you to use simple, slow and mindful movements to bring yourself to a place of calm and equanimity. Note: It is recommended that you use a bolster or cushion for elevating your hips while sitting.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 8 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.

The whole series was just what I needed to see my practice from a new angle. I am five years into a gentle yoga practice (age late sixties) but this program would be beneficial to true beginners as well as much more advanced yogis. Guy is indeed a master teacher.
