Yoga for Lifelong Calmness
Are you feeling agitated or irritable and needing a break from yourself? In this gentle beginner practice, Guy helps you to use simple, slow and mindful movements to bring yourself to a place of calm and equanimity. Note: It is recommended that you use a bolster or cushion for elevating your hips while sitting.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 8 of Guy's 8-Day Yoga for Life-Long Wellness Program.
