I enjoyed the series a lot. I liked the mix of qigong, energizing and calming yoga practices, Guy’s encouragement to sigh. Guy is a master teacher.

After I was required to return to my office, my yoga practice disappeared. This 8-day program was the perfect way to return to a regular practice, especially given the short length of the classes. Now I need to move on to something more challenging.
