Excellent small steps for physically and mentally coming back from immobility/ injury.
I wish there would be more classes like this. There are for sure a lot of seniors who want a challenging short class without power flows. Thanks to Guy, I always return to this series!

After I was required to return to my office, my yoga practice disappeared. This 8-day program was the perfect way to return to a regular practice, especially given the short length of the classes. Now I need to move on to something more challenging.
Guy adds nice elements to his classes. I always enjoy them.
