David uses breathing, relaxation and deep stretching to help you let go of your problems and relieve your stress. It's a gentle hatha flow yoga class, that moves at a nice, slow pace and spends time in poses that will feel really, really good.

Thank you for this practice. I hadn't realized how stressed my mind and body were until those release breathes came. This practice will allow me the grace to move forward in the day with a bit more peace. Namaste.

Not only do the breathing exercises in this class help with stress and calming the mind but it also helped calm my over active nerves and chronic pain that I am continuing to learn how to deal with.

Thank you so much for this class. I wanted to start out with a 30 minute class for my very first one. I chose this because of the teacher, and I look forward to working in other ones. Exactly what I needed.
