Thank you so much David! There were new breaths and poses that I hadn't done before and the session was very relaxing. It even loosened me up after a run yesterday.

Great way to start the day and the work week. I learned something new today about breath. Thank you. I noticed my self judgment when I almost fell backwards from squat position and then simply found it comical. I'll do this session again. Thank you.
