David uses breathing, relaxation and deep stretching to help you let go of your problems and relieve your stress. It's a gentle hatha flow yoga class, that moves at a nice, slow pace and spends time in poses that will feel really, really good.

The next class does have more asanas. It's still a gentle class, but more poses than the first two. The challenge may feel like it's progressing slowly at the beginning if you prefer the classes that focus more on stretch and strength, but we'll get there very soon, I promise. :-)

Thanks for the classes. I had derailed my efforts to manage my stress. The past two classes reminded me how important it was and is to work on regaining balance.
