Yoga for Stress Relief
David uses breathing, relaxation and deep stretching to help you let go of your problems and relieve your stress. It's a gentle hatha flow yoga class, that moves at a nice, slow pace and spends time in poses that will feel really, really good.

I really loved the breath work! It was exactly what I needed after a frustrating day with a room full of 5 year olds. I also appreciated knowing how to take the stretch to the next level. I've been doing yoga for 30 years, but I have an unforgiving back due to difficult pregnancies and multiple car accidents. As a result, I'm extremely flexible but I need to be careful not to overstretch my back or put any pressure on my cervical spine. The beginning and gentle yoga is my sweet spot.
