Thank you for this class! I now understand the breath of fire. I've only received real quick instruction and didn't have a grasp on it. The breath of joy was another helpful exercise. Now I understand the value of knowing these two breathing techniques.

Thanks David - second time I've done this one and really clicked this time.. I really got the energy, flow and tingling sensations ; the breathing exercises were awesome! Definitely less stressed after than before!

I enjoyed this class, especially the breath of joy. I was expecting there to be more flow than there was, more poses and movement. It was a nice change though.
