Yoga for the Feet

Pamper your feet with this wonderful class that massages, stretches and strengthens your toes, feet ankles, calves, shins and knees. It's the least you can do, considering that we punish our feet daily by standing, walking, running and bouncing on them. Take 26 minutes to give your feet some love!

Love this class and I have returned to it multiple times. A lacrosse ball (ouch!) works well for me. Saving this class to my “Kindness for the Body” Collection.
I have just come back in to do the next class in the challenge, the website takes me to the previous class I did and I just can't find out how to get to the next class. It is not easy to use like the old one, now I will have to fiddle around to find the next class. could you please fix this up as I have this problem every time I use the new site.

I did struggle to try and get to this class though through the challenge section.
I really don't like the new website - it was so easy to get to the class in the challenge with the old system and onerous with this one.
Lovely class thanks. I always get cramps in my arches when I am pointing my feet.. any tips for dealing with this? Thanks
