Pamper your feet with this wonderful class that massages, stretches and strengthens your toes, feet ankles, calves, shins and knees. It's the least you can do, considering that we punish our feet daily by standing, walking, running and bouncing on them. Take 26 minutes to give your feet some love!

This is a wonderful class for the feet. I‘ve taken studio yoga classes where a ball was used on other parts of the body, e.g., shoulders, back. Are there DYWM classes focusing on other parts of the body? If so, what are the best search terms to use to find them? Thanks.

Hi there. If you're referring to self-massage classes, we only have a couple others. It sounds like you found them. Is that something you wish we had more of?

Yes, I would like more self-massage classes, especially classes that use balls. I’ve taken some classes that used balls while either standing next to a wall or laying on the floor. I found the classes to be relaxing and helpful for my legs, arms, shoulders, and back.

I used “ball” as a search term and found some classes. Any suggestions for classes that I might modify and use a ball, especially for shoulders will be appreciated.
