Pamper your feet with this wonderful class that massages, stretches and strengthens your toes, feet ankles, calves, shins and knees. It's the least you can do, considering that we punish our feet daily by standing, walking, running and bouncing on them. Take 26 minutes to give your feet some love!

David, thank you so much for this video. One of the things that makes you such an excellent instructor is that you always say right and left instead of no instruction as to the side or saying "the other side." It's so extremely helpful in being able to relax into the movements and all your instructions, so I don't have to pay attention to whether or not I'm on the right side. I can't express it any better than that, but for me it brings makes a huge difference in the quality of instruction. So thank you for taking the time to always add this instruction in every step of all your videos. :)

Thanks for the comments! I do appreciate that you are enjoying this video. I don't know if you noticed, but I have super-duper flat feet, so I spent a lot of time working on making this video a perfect therapy for the feet.

I had a bit of a recent flare-up of plantar fasciitis. I just did this class and I can feel the difference immediately after. Looking forward to keeping this in my routine.

My right foot and ankle need to be strengthened - this was a satisfying class, and not just foot exercises.

I have severe Plantar Fasciitis, nerve issues and bone spurs in my feet. This prevents me from doing much of anything... I have had pt, shots, inserts, etc..... Helps for a while but doesnt last. Hoping this will help

Doing the 30 day challenge in my own order. Loved this in the evening having been to my weekly hot yoga class.
