Yoga for the Feet
Pamper your feet with this wonderful class that massages, stretches and strengthens your toes, feet ankles, calves, shins and knees. It's the least you can do, considering that we punish our feet daily by standing, walking, running and bouncing on them. Take 26 minutes to give your feet some love!

Very nice. Hurt to have my fingers between my toes, but my feet feel so much better when it was done. I’ve been having pain from plantar fascitis. I’m hoping this class will help.
I love the tennis ball things at the beginning but I'm not sure I'll be trying to spread my toes apart like that again.
