Yoga to Build Resilience - Shorter Class
This intermediate class with Fiji reminds us that our practice is a source of inner resilience, the ability to nurture ourselves on many levels so that we have the ability and energy to spring back from adversity as our best selves. Pranayama, dynamic flow, and deep rest are interwoven to fill your cup on multiple levels. This is a shortened version of a full class with the same name, for the busy yogi's out there.

Fantastic. This was the perfect class to get me going on a 30 day challenge (albeit a day late). Gentle, but not without challenge. :)
I could write a similar review for all of Fiji's classes. It was an excellent flow that felt very organic. There's always something novel in your classes. Thank you!
Really enjoyed this class.
This was a great class for easing back into my daily practice. I had to take the entire month of December off from my daily practice and was thinking about returning with Fiji's Back to the Mat as I wasn't sure of the intensity of this new class, but it turned out to be perfect. Helped me ease my stiff limbs back into length with a good balance of gentleness and strength.
