It requires a lot of self-reflection, opening up to vulnerability, an understanding of what anxiety feels like in your body and how to move it through. Thank you for this class, David. It is a perfect match for after the holidays. I often combine David's classes. A favorite combination is Hatha Yoga for Hip and Hamstrings followed by Shoulders and Neck. It leaves an all over feeling of well being. I find an hour plus is my joy and completely centers me for whatever the day may bring. My Aussie Shepherd patiently waits then wants to be cuddled when I say Namaste! Today I am combining Yoga for Anxiety with Yoga for the Upper back. Namaste!
