Yoga for Anxiety
Anxiety can be a difficult emotion to let go of. It requires a lot of self-reflection, opening up to vulnerability, an understanding of what anxiety feels like in your body and how to move it through. David spent many years plagued with anxiety and this class brings together everything he has learned through pranayama, meditation, movement and yoga that has helped him move through it. Thank you for this class, David. It is a perfect match for after the holidays. I often combine David's classes. A favorite combination is Hatha Yoga for Hip and Hamstrings followed by Shoulders and Neck. It leaves an all over feeling of well being. I find an hour plus is my joy and completely centers me for whatever the day may bring. My Aussie Shepherd patiently waits then wants to be cuddled when I say Namaste! Today I am combining Yoga for Anxiety with Yoga for the Upper back. Namaste!
