Yoga for Anxiety
Anxiety can be a difficult emotion to let go of. It requires a lot of self-reflection, opening up to vulnerability, an understanding of what anxiety feels like in your body and how to move it through. David spent many years plagued with anxiety and this class brings together everything he has learned through pranayama, meditation, movement and yoga that has helped him move through it. This is so beautiful David. I have experienced anxiety and depression for a very long while, throughout most of my life. The past two years have been exceptionally difficult, and I have multiple professionals supporting me and working with me to heal. After doing your yoga class, I feel more peaceful and grounded than I have in over a year. A quite a bit loopy, I might add!!! I so appreciate the care and compassion that you exude in this practice.
