Nervous tension

You often tell us to turn off our nervous tension but what does this mean and how do I do it?
During the last two meditations I’ve developed a strong tingling on the left side of my torso and arm but not on the right. It stays for hours afterwards.

I felt so relaxed after the first session I was happy just to sit and do nothing afterwards instead of feeling I had to be doing something as I usually do. Thank you. I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s session.

Hello,
I understand that this program is to be done in the morning, however every time I do it in the morning, it relaxes me so much that I actually fell back asleep a couple of times, is it very damaging to its potential result if I do it in the evening instead?
Thank you

Hi there.
You can do the yoga and guided meditations when it suits you during the day. For many it works better to do them in the evening and often helps with their sleep. You can even switch it up every day, depending on your schedule.
Cheers,
David

Hi David,

when would you recommend that you carry the yoga and meditation? morning afternoons, or evening?

Thankyou in Advance

Hello Attif. You can do the yoga and meditation when it feels best for you. Some feel it works better for them to do it first thing in the morning, some like afternoon or evening.

How am I conditioned?
Madalina 9 months ago

Hi, I've been following this program for 7 days already and feeling more calm, but still do have one question: you said we should ask ourselves "How am I conditioned?" Since I'm not a native English speaker could you please explain this more detailed? Is it about the things or thoughts or people that I believe condition me to act in some ways? I want to be sure that I translate it correctly into my own language :) Thanks, Madalina

Hello. Sorry for the late reply.
I can understand how that question may not translate. Your interpretation, Madalina, is correct. It's anything (people, situations, thoughts, etc) that make you feel and behave in a certain way. That is what you want to watch closely.
All the best,
David

I also find the question 'How am I condtioned' difficult to translate into my own language... It would be really helpful if you can elaborate in some way! Thank you:)

Hi :) I'm afraid the links to the short meditations (under 'pre-program preparation') aren't displaying - I've checked using a few different browsers, but to no avail... any ideas? Thanks!

Anxiety program videos

Hi there. I just double checked and the day 7 and day 14 videos are the correct ones, if you're referring to the weekly introductions by David. Let me know if you're referring to something else or if that's not the way it is for you.

videos work on my computer!

I was attempting to watch on my phone this morning, and that's when all the videos came up as the same (day 21). On my computer, however, I see them working separately. :)
I just rechecked my phone and the problem still exists, but I'm glad to know I can come to see the right videos here. It may well be an issue with my phone!
Thank you so much for the program, your quick responses, your compassion and generosity.
