Yoga for Anxiety
Anxiety can be a difficult emotion to let go of. It requires a lot of self-reflection, opening up to vulnerability, an understanding of what anxiety feels like in your body and how to move it through. David spent many years plagued with anxiety and this class brings together everything he has learned through pranayama, meditation, movement and yoga that has helped him move through it. This was a very beautiful practice for me, a lot of emotion moved through me and I was able to let go of anxiety and negative emotions. Thank you so much.
I think this class is also good for when one is recovering from an illness and not feeling quite up to physical challenge, and also as preparation for meditation. Thank you!
