If you are looking for a power yoga class that is really hard, but in a good way, do this one. Tracey takes you through a really fun flow that keeps you on your toes, mixed with deep stretches for the hip flexors (thighs), hamstrings, lower back and groin, along with poses with arm binds and lots of foot balances. You will love this class!

This was the most perfectly balanced, well-rounded vinyasa class I have ever taken - and I've taken tons! She choreographed front-to-back-to-sides-to innerthigh stretching and strengthening poses equally. This was truly therapeutic yoga!
I am 53-year old martial arts instructor and have been practicing yoga with the help of this great website and your fabulous instruction for about a year now. I just inadvertently popped into a bridge pose for the first time since I was about 10 years old. You should have seen the surprise and smile on my face! I had no idea this was going to happen!
