I used this as a finisher after a more moderate class when I felt like I still needed a "little something". Good to do when you're already warmed up....first thing in the morning wouldn't work for my late-40s body, but felt good today after my body had been loosened up. Thank you!
Great wake-up routine! This one is a bit fast-paced and involves quite a bit of jumping!
