I enjoyed this class but I did find that some sections were so quick that by the time I was in the posture, she was on the next one. So, I agree, just a smedgion slower would be a lot better. A child's pose every so often to drink in the lesson perhaps. Very enjoyable, thanks. I did have to miss out a few of the more strenuous poses but that was okay.

This class really wakes us up, but both my husband and I felt that we barely got one second to enjoy a pose and its benefits before we had to move on again. I realize this is a "busy people flexibility" class, but just adding a second or two between poses would be greatly appreciated and it would only make it 11 or so minutes, still very short and beneficial for busy folks. Thank you! Great stuff, we just want to take an additional moment to enjoy! :)
