Tracey shines in this well-designed vinyasa yoga flow that finishes with two satisfying eight angle poses (astavakrasana), one on either side. The progression is so perfect that you may just do this challenging pose for the first time, if you haven't yet. Have fun!

Not my favorite, I don't like the way the instructor explains how to do poses. It's not very relaxing, more stressful than anything. I couldnt make it past 15 minutes of this video. Everyone has different things they are looking for in a video /instructor. I personally do not like to do much upper body work because I have chronic pain neck and upper back pain from an injury. I don't like all the downward dogs and stress on the neck.

Thank you, Tracey! Such gentle leading and guiding through challenging poses, and making them easier than expected. Very much enjoyed this beautiful practice.

Fantastic! Thank you! Didn't quite make the full pose on the one side but I'll definitely try this video again and again!
