Tracey shines in this well-designed vinyasa yoga flow that finishes with two satisfying eight angle poses (astavakrasana), one on either side. The progression is so perfect that you may just do this challenging pose for the first time, if you haven't yet. Have fun!

Tough & well instructed class. Tracey instructions are clear and easy to follow. If I can't do a pose it's because it's beyond my capacity, nothing to do with the que-ing. Thanks you.

Beautiful practice that both stretches and relaxes the body. Thank you Tracey! Loved it!

Tracey is amazing. I have never gotten into an 8 angle pose and she makes it so easy. I'm gonna feel great all day.

I enjoyed this flow. Couldn't get very far with 8-angle pose, though, so I substituted two more crow poses, which is usually a good practice anyway!
