Tracey shines in this well-designed vinyasa yoga flow that finishes with two satisfying eight angle poses (astavakrasana), one on either side. The progression is so perfect that you may just do this challenging pose for the first time, if you haven't yet. Have fun!

This class was so much fun! It was the first time I've attempted Eight Angle Pose. Although I couldn't get into the full posture, Tracey made it attainable. Thanks for a great class!

I don't think I've ever laughed out loud in a practice before! Thank you Tracey, that was so much fun.

this is the best routine I've found for my transition from beginner to intermediate practice. She is a great teacher. She is very descriptive and takes you through each position movement by movement. This will be one of my "go to" routines.
