Vinyasa Yoga: Focus On Twists
This is a more gentle vinyasa style yoga class with a focus on using your breath and core to get you into your seated, standing and lunging poses. It's intended to slow you down and allow you to give more attention to your poses, with an emphasis on twists.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 13 of the Daily Dose 30-Day Intermediate Yoga Challenge.

Great class - made me focus on the subtle muscle movements and the form of poses.
Melissa - I m not usually a fan of crescent pose BUT you're cueing was fantastic! I actually felt light and stable in the twists - I m converted:) Thank you such a lovely flow - your voice and the waves together were a beautiful backdrop
